In 2017 we got to experience the Bluegrass Underground’s PBS taping (link) while shows were still performed in the Volcano Room of Cumberland Caverns. Soon after,  it was announced that they would be moving to a new home where permanent power, lighting, sound, and additional infrastructure could be installed and The Caverns was born on March 24, 2018.

The new venue, The Caverns, is located at the foot of Monteagle Mountain in Grundy County in Pelham, TN and is just 10 minutes from Exit 127 on I-24. Ideally located between Nashville and Chattanooga. The new venue is stunning both visually and acoustically, truly providing a one of a kind experience that should be on anyone’s concert bucket-list.

Check out the pictures below from our visit! I can’t express enough what a unique and visual acoustically stunning venue this is.
